Support Plan Small Business - BUY
This package will give you Email and Text support for your existing products you have purchased with the peace of mind that any questions your have will be answered immediately.
You will get 2 hours a month of support time. This covers things such as "Remind me how to.." and other requirements like staff teaching via video feeds of systems you have in place. This 2 hour slot can include reasonable development of your product within the specification of your existing purchases. Features beyond that will need to be quoted for.
Support Plan SME - BUY
This package will give you Phone, Email, Skype and Text support for your existing products you have purchased with the peace of mind that any questions your have will be answered immediately. You will get 3 hours a month of support time. This covers things such as "Remind me how to.." and other requirements like staff teaching in person of systems you have in place or via video guides. This 3 hour slot can include reasonable development of your product within the specification of your existing purchases. Features beyond that will need to be quoted for.
Support Plan Blue Chip - BUY
This package will give you Skype, Email, Phone and Text support for your existing products you have purchased with the peace of mind that any questions your have will be answered immediately. You will get 4 hours a month of support time. This covers things such as "Remind me how to.." and other requirements like staff teaching in person or via video feeds of systems you have in place.
